@buitengebieden_ This poor dog is not bored. It’s anxious and wants to get away. Canine body language. Classic anxiety. There are other ways to do this. Not cute IMO.
@nadiacomaneci10 Same! Sofa was the vault, had a mini trampoline we launched ourselves in every direction from, and the swing set-took swings off and had a high bar. Grandma nearly had a stroke every day. All for nothing as I ended up 5’9”. 🤣
@BethMooreLPM If this is the only anxiety issue and it’s relatively new I wouldn’t jump to medication right away. Try some desensitization work. Lots of experience with dog anxiety here and for specific fears like this you can often use conditioning to undo the extreme fear response.
@LoriAnneThomps2 I was devastated to hear the truth about RZ. I had considered him a hero. Now I know who the real hero is. May God bless you for your courage, increase your already incredible strength, and fully restore your hope. Much love. ❤️
1 planet. 1 day. 1 retweet. That’s all it takes to put trees in the ground. When you retweet THIS tweet, you are helping @Snoopy and the Arbor Day Foundation’s goal of planting 100,000 trees. You don’t need a shovel to plant trees today. #ArborDay
@TheFirstDogs Poor boi, it’s obvious from body language you are not at ease here. Please, hoomans, get someone in who is trained in dog behavior to advise how to handle, avoid anxiety and provide proper enrichment. Otherwise our buddy will keep on “nipping” or worse and it won’t be his fault.
@TheFirstDogs Good boi can be aggressive if he feels threatened. Could be WH not ideal environment, but in DE they will miss Mom & Dad. Consult veterinary behaviorist or trainer to understand what happened and how to avoid in future. Staff needs training too. Bites don’t come out of nowhere.
