@TUIUKcares We weren’t told by the member of staff that we could use that money to change the holiday to another date/location which we would have wanted to do. We have since emailed twice and gone into store to see if this can be rectified but had no response. Can you help?

Having an absolute nightmare with @TUIUKcares @TUIUK I strongly recommend that no one books a holiday with this company. Such a shame with the way they’ve handled things, I expected more from such an established company

@TUIUKcares Hi Lauren, thank you for your reply. We had a holiday booked for end of August.. due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel which resulted in us loosing our deposit which was quite a substantial amount of money..
