@emirates gold status customer. Worst flying experience. Book through the Emirates app. Got a connection with @flydubai. Flying Emirates business class, and it is taking over 1 hour to get to my terminal via Shuttle after landing. Terrible customer experience.

@emirates online booking... very happy to see 1st class DXB-LHR tickets for ~£400, but booking portal now refusing to process this.
Spoke to agent in Manchester and advised he couldn't help me as this was an online issue.
