@Qualtrics is literally the only company that makes it almost enjoyable to be on hold. 1. It’s usually only a few mins and 2. They play funny nerdy research facts while I wait. 🤓
I spent 30+ hours working on my Financial Management final exam over the past week: at Starbucks every single night, drove an extra hour to meet with the prof on campus, and spent countless hours reviewing the powerpoints and my class notes... it all paid off. I got 100%!! A+. 🙏

@pizzahut No, but that’s not quite the point. We drove to pick up a pizza that wasn’t actually ordered by your rep, it was disappointing and inconvenient. You sent us to a call center and when we got to the franchise the doors were locked.
