What she said is not so bad, but what about people with degrees, diploma's and Honour's why are you not trying to help them. Foreign companies need to come to Nigeria.
Still on the Akara & kulikuli business…
Don’t get it twisted, Remi Tinubu was not elected to the office of First Lady, with no monthly allocation.
The 80% she spends on her philanthropic works comes from her NGO connections.

Publish the certificates of all Candidates — Peter Obi orders INEC
The presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Peter Obi, has called on the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to make public the academic certificates and credentials submitted by all candidates seeking elective offices, saying such a move would promote transparency and strengthen public confidence in Nigeria’s electoral process.
Obi made the call in a Facebook post on Tuesday while reflecting on the questions contained in the INEC nomination form he completed.
According to the former Anambra State governor, one of the questions in Section E of the form asks whether a candidate has ever been adjudged a lunatic or declared to be of unsound mind. He said the question prompted him to reflect on whether Nigeria’s political leaders are demonstrating the qualities of sound-minded leadership.
He argued that the country’s worsening security and economic challenges deserve greater attention than political activities.
“When Nigerians, including children and security personnel, are being abd¥cted into the bushes, citizens cannot travel safely on our highways, several million Nigerians are uncertain where their next meal will come from… should politics really be our primary preoccupation?” he asked.
Obi maintained that responsible leadership would declare the nation’s security and humanitarian crises a national emergency and mobilise security agencies, experts, community leaders and other stakeholders to address them urgently.
He also referenced another question on the nomination form asking whether a candidate had ever presented a forged certificate to INEC, arguing that the electoral commission should publish the academic qualifications submitted by all contestants in the interest of openness and accountability.
“Transparency strengthens democracy and builds public trust. Nigeria’s problems are too serious for politics as usual. It is time for leadership defined by competence, character, capacity, compassion, and commitment to service,” Obi stated.
@Oluwaseun__0 If Nigerians can protest like this to tackle grassroot(governors, LG chairperson and co) each State will change for the better. Since the President has said severely that he allocates money to each State then you must know grassroot is rotten.

“We’re asking for a better Nigeria, officers, be a good citizen. Aso rock will come and go, we’re protesting for a better Nigeria for you and your children, that me and you will enjoy, that your children will also enjoy. Please do what is right”
Serious argument currently going on in Abuja between citizens and the security operatives that’s not allowing them to protest the want they want to
@Midatlblog They need to be called out. Nigeria literally has a grassroot problem, leaders are not behaving like mature adults. Who the hell sees filth and looks away??
The new NYSC reforms are just another example of olodo uprising. I honestly don't know how else to describe it.
It feels like APC is gradually weakening some of the strongest institutions we have in this country, creating more room for mediocrity to thrive.
That's exactly how I see it.
NYSC camp should be for the following graduates only that are in the health faculty, education and Arts. Government need to force or strike a deal with companies to create a 12 months training programs for students in their respective areas of study, this will help Nigeria!!
Nigerians: NYSC is outdated. Reform it into an entrepreneurship hub.
Govt: Okay, we've heard you. (Reforms NYSC)
Nigerians: This govt is useless! Why change NYSC? Do you want to kill the camp fun?
Kai!
Some Nigerians don't know what they want. They just want to complain.
N100 million divided by 2,000 is N50,000.
That means, each beneficiary would receive an empowerment of N50,000 from the First Lady, which is equivalent to $37.
$37 as empowerment. This is not even enough to set up a normal akara spot.
