Was told it needed to be refunded on original card before I could exchange. Spoke to head office then to be told this isn’t the case, making own rules up as they go!

@Azeem_Majeed My mother passed away to bowel cancer at the age of 58. System won’t test me as I’m too young. So done it myself with a kit from Tescos . Never understood my we don’t have regular testing. Surly prevention is cheaper in the long run
