@HM_Passport Terrible service. I’ve spoken to 2 people on phone , neither advised one of my passport would take longer because it had extra step processing application on. Even told me it was ahead of other daughters which arrives tomorrow (del same time). Now got to cancel hols, 😭

@Clairestannerz @HM_Passport Hi Claire. Did you get your passport. Mine went to processing since 29th. Sent other daughter same day and this is on its way and never went to processing stage. I’ve read when had this stage, it takes up to a week longer. Hope this is not true.

@GenBecouarn @HM_Passport Eldest daughters in post. Docs 27th, approved yesterday. Waiting for 28th one now. They were both sent in same special delivery envelope, but registered a day apart. Have yours be printed as well?

Other daughter sent in same envelope went from docs received to docs approved. Spoke to HMPO, said that all go through same system. I can’t to any more now, just hope.

@HM_Passport Thanks!, 1 passport approved (docs 27th). Now need the other (Docs 28th). Sent in same envelope. Read if tracker states application processing that it’s going through a different system and takes a week longer? Please Don’t let me lose out on trip because of the allocation.

@HM_Passport Please help Bootle office. Travelling on 24th Oct, but waiting for 2 daughters passports renewals. Docs received 27th and 28th Sept and if not approved early next week, can’t go away, Received a call back - little he could do, but was polite and understanding.

@SimpleGull @HM_Passport Yes, got a ring back. They have put travel date on and did not knoew anything about 2 system - hoping it’s a myth. I don’t think there’s much more I can do now. I’m at the mercy of the team working at HMPO.
