@ThreeUKSupport Thanks John but that doesn’t help when my mums been sat waiting for an appointment with her cancer hospital to discuss her test results! We don’t have a phone between us that we can use to contact them as all been loyal to three this time we will be leaving this can’t continue.

@ThreeUK enough is enough, last time this happened you wouldnt let us leave contracts early without penalty. The whole family have three and none of us can use our phones. My mum has been waiting for important telephone appointment from the hospital which see has now missed.

@Nigel_Farage My dad had a ulez sunset exemption granted. Within days they retracted it without reason and now he’s getting fines through the door. I’ve tried to fight it for him, the local MP has written to tfl every time tfl come back with a different reason or we are ignored!

@Carolinefran74 @easyJet @6pm Hope your hotel was better than ours, absolutely disgusting, breakfast included but you wouldn’t want to eat anything that came from this hotel. Nothing to drink not even a kettle in the room and kicked out with nowhere to go for three hours while we await the transfer.

@HM_Passport my sons passport has been processing since 17/09 if Its not processed tomorrow I’m going have to cancel our holiday. I’ve called countless times but no one can help as it’s not even gone to an examiner yet when applications received after have been processed.

@HM_Passport I have and no one has replied! Awful service no one can help apparently now it’s with examiners but has been since Tuesday when it was processing since 17th sept and applications received after are arrived, where’s the fairness in that?

Ive been waiting for passport to be processed processing since 17/09 yet other people’s applications approved from a week later. Tweets and dms get ignored, phone doesn’t get answered what’s going on @HM_Passport

When you or your loved ones can’t walk run or cycle anymore your opinion may change!
