@marksandspencer has the basket function got a glitch? Have things in basket, can’t see them (app, mobile web, web). Every time I open the app it says 0 items, so I add an item and it keeps adding to the original number of items. And yet still says “no items in basket” 🤷🏼♀️🤯
@Vitality_UK why is trying to book a stay @champneys nigh on impossible? 40mins on hold, no way to check availability only to be told the earliest avail for vitality stays is OCTOBER!! Maybe make it clear that online avail. Isnt applicable to vitality members and save everyone ⏰
