@tesco I exchanged vouchers for @hotelsdotcomuk only to be told the hotel isn't a valid one...even though I went through your website to find valid hotels...now can't get a refund 🤯 Customer service says "I agree it's not worded well and isn't good enough"... 😡

@VodafoneUK We've been without internet for 2 days now and it's making WFH nearly impossible. Customer service has helpfully told us it will be fixed in hours or days.... Any updates?! 😡

@VodafoneUK Thanks. We have and they said it should be fixed in either hours or days. Some work being done somewhere but couldn't advise us what work, by who or when it would be completed.

@YourSSE an engineer was supposed to be here between 8-12 today. No engineer. No update. Called to be told it'll be Monday. Leaking water everywhere so have now turned off the water but Monday is the earliest your 'emergency' help can get here. Home services cover not great 😡

@JamesTCobbler I wanted to pass on that I think Timpsons deliver the very best customer service. Had interactions with 4 retailers today and Timpsons at Morrisons, Stirling was noticeably way above any other. A smile, a chat and genuine customer care make such a difference 😊
