Can anyone help? @holcottagesuk are refusing refund for upcoming booking. My mum (70s) booked a property that said it was suitable for walkers, short walk to the shops & pub. After a drive-by we realised that it was totally unsuitable for a non-driver 🧵

Insurance doesn’t cover property being unsuitable because of an inaccurate listing.
I got involved, emailed and called and was told owner could give 10% off or we transfer to someone else for admin fee.
Totally unacceptable bc their listing was inaccurate - we didn’t screenshot)

@nicola_upton Depends what you want a ToC to do. If to plan strategy, it can help you focus on the difference you want to make. If to plan evaluation, it helps you to measure the right things at the right time. When you do both it can help build a culture of learning & improvement.
