@AdamBoddison @LauraMossEdu @CharityHourUK Until I got my label, I would have said similar things. For me, being told I had ADHD really mattered, but mostly because it explained why I'd struggled so much for the previous 34 years of my life.
@EmmaJonesGB@CharityHourUK @LauraMossEdu It is often a burden that those who are neurodivergent (and otherwise in need of workplace adjustments) have to bare. I do it in the hope that those lessons are learnt, but others might not be in a position to. It shouldn't just be down to those with needs to explain...

For me, a conversation is easiest. For others, it will be something else.
@CharityHourUK @LauraMossEdu I may be biased in my response as I have ADHD but I've found that making adjustments tends to make things easier for others too. Being clear with tasks and deadlines, having calls unless really necessary, allowing space for clarifying questions...
