@IKEAUK not the best experience from IKEA today. 1) asked to give directions inside van (we are in a pandemic) 2) broke a light and didn’t tell us 3) wardrobe shelf scratched. Now can’t get hold of anyone to discuss ....

@IKEAUK absolutely disgusting customer service from IKEA delivery .... firstly they asked us to get into the van to show them where we live SORRY WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC then they were so clumsy they have smashed a light (photos to show) how do I make a complaint ?
