@TUIUK I am booked to go to Florida on 28 March & TUI advice when I called today said ‘no refund or date changes’ but I am aware of another family on same flights that were issued a full refund yesterday? Why??????

@TUIUK We fly to Florida WDW on 28 March & TUI are not allowing us to have a refund or change dates however, WDW are giving full refund & Virgin are allowing date changes. I am travelling with my 74 year old Mum with health probs!! You need to change your policies...

@piersmorgan we need Trump to close the borders as greedy travel agents (TUI) are refusing to refund or change dates on holidays... we stand to lose loved ones or 12k on a Disneyworld holiday of a lifetime trip...! Heartbroken 😭
