I am travelling to London Euston from Preston tomorrow morning on the 8.01 service. My daughter is on crutches. Is there any assistance we can access to assist us either end?

3rd time with the same fault, no explanation that makes any sense the previous two times as to what was wrong or how it was fixed. Just fobbed off by service managers. 6.5 hours waiting to be told that no hire car could be arranged. Awful customer service

@MercedesBenzUK currently in a taxi travelling over 200 miles home after my 6 month old GLA broke down for the 3rd time in 8 months. No hire cars available due to your shambolic SLA with enterprise who apparently don’t have a hire car in the whole of London!

@NationalHways my son had a crash on the M6 on 25/05. He couldn’t get the car from your recovery partner until today as they were closed for the bank hol. he has been charged for those days. This is highly unfair as he would have collected it the next day had they been open. 1/2

@mcflymusic my daughter is a huge Mcfly fan, been 2 every tour for 20 yrs since she was 8. Her baby is due the day we have tickets 2 see u in Liverpool. gutted to be missing it but not going 2 risk giving birth during the gig! I know a message from you guys would make her day 1/2

All blamed on terminal improvement work. Total joke

Arrived after a 24 hour delay (granted not your fault) to be told buses would offload us from the Dreamliner. Waited half an hour for 1 bus to arrive which took over an hour to unload and transport everyone to the terminal backwards and forwards 1/2
