@philoagrade A lot of assumptions made here. I have not mentioned which hospital or which member of staff or what my diagnosis is. I do not want to be here; I would rather be at home.
@silvergrub88 The lady In bed 5, the person in bed 5, the person was looking at me so i think Emma or even asked "have you had your obs done " would have made me feel a little more human.
@LynxRaide I totally agree...under pressure, understaffed and extremely tired. But I think that 'person in bed 5' or the person in the corner' would have been more appropriate? It's about mutual respect.
@AngxAngx I understand that, and it must be so horrific to remember everyone's names when it's not just a couple of people However, "Have you done bed 5?" Is unacceptable asking ME if I had had my obs done would have been 100 times better.
@DawnScull If, as health care professionals, we can't get the most simple of stuff right what hope do we have? However, there are some amazing staff that I cannot fault! We need more of them kind of people!
