@jet2tweets day 3 of a 5 day holiday and I still don’t have my suitcase. Landed in Palma Sat whilst case went to Kos. Only left Kos yest and is supposedly now in LGW Ground staff in Palma lovely but no one seems to be helping them find my bag. Holiday and birthday ruined thanks!

@AerLingus been in a queue for 40 mins @manairport to check bags for a flight to Dublin. 1 person operating check in desk! No customer service people on the ground. At least an hour more of queue. Likely to miss flight. Not good enough.
