@PassportIRL @barry_tierney I have never ever encountered worst or more hostile customer service . Shame on you @PassportIRL . I’m out a fortune on phone calls only to be hung up on abruptly. Zero customer service !!

@PassportIRL @barry_tierney I eventually got through on my mobile and had a 26 minute wait only for an exceptionally rude customer service agent who terminated the call ! Honestly I’m gobsmacked 😶 she didn’t tell me anything I didn’t already know from online tracking and was immensely rude
