@PassportIRL Hi, I have sent my daughter's passport away on the 21st of Feb and still HAVE NOT received it. We are flying out Friday. A number of my friends have received children’s passports but applied later. what is going on, we will have to cancel our flights? Can you help?

@PassportIRL applied for my child’s first passport on 21 Feb. initial estimated date 5 May. still waiting. notified last Thurs that the passport in verification stage & should progress in coming days. I have rang over 600 times friday & today - cannot get through. What’s next?
