@MarkDodwell @MayorofLondon @TfL Not if they’ve mobility issues, heavy goods to transport, young kids…I could go on. Point is there are many valid reasons why a car journey is necessary. ( Personally I hardly ever use mine, but I am lucky to have that choice ).

But mobility issues, having young children travelling with you, nowhere to store a bike so ownership a problem…all these and many more are real issues that get ignored. Cycling won’t ever be something that can be used for every journey sadly.

Gutted to hear @WeeMissBea mocking GF biscuits on @SundayBrunchC4. How is my 8yo Coeliac daughter supposed to feel hearing this? Coeliacs can end up being hospitalised from being glutened, even a crumb of biscuit causes intestinal damage. #notfunny
