@auspost It’s been 4-6 weeks of reviews already. Compensation is due since the package seemingly cannot be delivered. Both the vendor and I can’t believe how bad the service has been. I’ve been lied to + fobbed off. I hope you can help, not just review. Thank you. I’ll DM info
@auspost Recently experienced careless + terrible service. A package of expensive medical supplies sent Express Post was delivered to the wrong address + lost entirely. Hrs on the ph have resolved nothing. Just endless denials. This needs to be sorted. Please help to fix it now
