@virginmedia No I'm sorry I've rang up more than enough times to be told the same thing, been promised call backs, technicians none of which happen. I have no choice but to raise a formal complaint with CISAS and Ofcom as much as I don't want this stress I have no other choice @Hayleytoms3
@virginmedia Virgin media engineers are not allowed to fix the issue until UK Power Network deems the area safe due to broken power cable underneath the flats. This health and safety restriction is blocking customer service from processing our cancellation and refund. So what do we do?
@Hayleytoms3@virginmedia This whole issue is we have rung up nearly everyday, and everyday there is no resolution, nothing can be processed on the account. No technicians will come to fix the issue which is affecting EVERY FLAT IN THE POSTCODE. This is verging on becoming illegal
@Hayleytoms3@virginmedia To add to this, you've not processed our cancellation request due to occur on 27th September. We know there is a health and safety restriction placed on ALL accounts in our block with NO BROADBAND in any flat for over 4 weeks now. WHY ARE YOU LYING TO US?
@virginmedia I've restarted it over 30 times. I've just come off Customer Service and no shock they can't process our cancellation request. I'm expecting a call back from a manager tomorrow and if it can't be fixed I will cancel my direct debit and walk away. Will update you tomorrow
@virginmedia 4 WEEKS with no WiFi. Everyday I call customer service to request technician and cancel the contract, neither can be processed due to an issue on the account. What do I do besides raise a legal case that you are charging us for an ususable broken service your side?
@virginmedia There are no known issues in my area. Its my own account that's broken and NO ONE on Customer Service can fix it or register for a technician or process my cancellation. So what do I do? Cancel my direct debit and walk away so you don't keep charging me for an issue YOUR side?
