We're delighted to report a hugely successful fundraising campaign in less than 3 weeks! We acquired 24 acres of land in the centre of the Bardsey, running from the school down to the beck and beyond. We were unsuccessful with the second land parcel. Thanks for all for your help!
Proud Tawny Owl moment. This is my Brownie Pack and they absolutely love getting out in our local nature reserves, exploring and den building! Help create somewhere for more children to play please! Just today left to hit our fundraising target!
We want to create amazing places to inspire local people and join up habitats for wildlife. Everyone is welcome - East Keswick and Bardsey Brownies loved exploring the Ellikers. Next time Bardsey Fields? We hope so! Donate at https://t.co/zvoy5u96Cp or https://t.co/uVQ3gCT0Nt
Interesting article on how addressing the differences in culture across the public, private and NGO space is key to maximising the potential of catchment thinking.
Here I am explaining our vision for this land in the heart of our community. I would love to get the chance to work out the detail and work with the entire community to do something brilliant! Would love your support - please share!

The words of these Otley residents are so powerful, like all those we talk to that have experienced flooding first hand, they can say how it really feels so much better than we ever could.
Learn about Bardsey Fields rich diversity in this fantastic short film - safeguarding a place for nature in the heart of Bardsey would create something really unique for people to enjoy and nature to flourish

Great session today with a challenge to everyone in our flood community to do a little bit more in their local community to raise awareness. Small steps lead to great things.

My vision is that the #NaturalFloodManagement Manual is a springboard that launches NFM to be mainstream across our landscape, being employed consistently and at scale to help us collectively address the nature and climate emergencies. @MottMacDonald@theRRC@iCASP @YorkDalesRT
