So, in my second year at uni, I happened to apply for an internship at CAA-UG. I had admired to work with UN someday in my life. So I pick up my phone and call my uncle if I can get a placement in UN as an internee since he works there.
After a few days, he gets back to me saying that, let's take my papers to CAA instead. Long story short, I was given a placement and from the day one, I used to go to the rooftop just too look at the UN offices, and I said to myself, if I don't make it to UN, definitely a USAID or UKAID opportunity will not miss me.
A few months after my graduation, I happen to find a USAID program advertised in the papers, it's was a graduate training programme, no payment, no allowance, no benefits. I filled in their long application, at one point I almost gave up but something spoke to me, "this is what you wished for"
I submitted my application on the deadline, it was a Tuesday, I remember very well.
On Friday, I receive an interview email, I was so excited that I didn't read the full details, it had a clause, "confirm your attendance by Tuesday 5pm"😂😂

@KagimuDrImran Personally, we broke up coz of cheating, she went to him for solace, the only bad thing that he did, he didn't ask for my side of the story. Later on, she did the same thing to him, just that for him, he accommodated her behaviour. Till date, he's my good friend but she hates me

@EdMusisi @M_Kananura I did mine by court order, no middleman in the whole process but I had to be patient coz I used a court that is in upcountry.
Waited for 4 months though it was supposed to be 2months max
