As a BUSINESS owner, don't be too strict in closing every gaps that your STAFF don't see anything extra to make outside the lean salary you are paying

When there is nothing extra to make, you are indirectly creating an unhappy staff... either they steal from you or they leave...

Here is what I do in my BUSINESS
Outside the salary I pay my staff, I Created an extra incentive(sale this for the company and take this percentage) sometimes they even make more than what I pay in a month...
