@ATL311 @ATLWatershed For what it's worth, a little up the road (Farrington Ave and Farrington Place) there was a leak at a hydrant that was repaired that has since collapsed. There's a hole that is roped off but the collapse is spreading.

@ATLWatershed hey, there is a massive water main break near Farrington Ave SE and Hill St 30315. I lost connection with the emergency number but it's a big volume of water, and is coming through the road.

The weighting based on the presumed voter distribution alone gives massive latitude, and small changes to that distribution can affect big swings in the result. Pair that with non-transparent LV downselect, and pretty much anything is possible.
