@HMRCcustomers No - I was told to call and pay so when I tried It sent my to the payment line - I then tried to call again to confirm is done it and the same thing happened- shall I pay the 0.07 p and wait for an update?.
@HMRCcustomers tried to contact to make a final payment - been sent to the payment line each time - have made payment - unsure of the final amount so paid the displayed amount and called back again - same thing happenedโฆjust tried to call again and says 20 minute wait on hold?
@HMRCgovuk I have set up a payment plan prior to 31st Jan and Iโve just had an email to say my payment is late? The same thing happened last year - can you help?
