@McDonaldsUK really disappointed with @UKPARKINGCONTRO having declined an appeal for a parking fine at your Oldham Rd M40 2FU restaurant. My husband was a genuine customer, using the facilities and making 3 separate purchases having dropped of myself and my disabled sister.

Yes he stayed longer than an hour and half but was a @McDonaldsUK paying customer throughout. We provided the transaction details and times to @UKPARKINGCONTRO but this has been ignored and the appeal declined.

When queuing to buy a drink, we were constantly pushed by people trying to to get though and others just pushing in not realising the people waiting behind them.

@SheffieldArena please sort out queuing inside the arena concourse area! We were in the Red section last night Parking excellent 👍🏼Outside security and entrance👍🏼

Queues for the bar completely blocked the concourse and had very little order or clarity and during interval the queue for the ladies was lost by those exiting the arena. Addition of belt barriers to keep queues organised from others would make a big difference.
