In 1995, 14 wolves were released into the wild in Yellowstone National Park. Scientists at the time did not suspect that this would radically change the entire ecosystem of the park. 1/n
@NatashaRandall Ooh hideous! I'd be deeply distrustful of anyone who didn't like you! There will be decent people there, but probably (maybe wisely?!) hiding!
@PrimaryCoHead This person may have done loads of research about potential schools in their area, including following you here. I hope they don't feel upset by this thread.
Teachers are the last people who want schools to shut down.
They understand the serious impact lockdown will have on students better than anyone.
When they say it's too dangerous to reopen in full knowledge of this, we need to listen to them.
Trust teachers, not Tories.
My sonโs headteacher is emailing me about key worker provision at 9pm on NYE. Thanks @GavinWilliamson
The lack of headteachers over the next 5 years is on you.
When someone sits outside a school with their engine idling, it has the same moral significance as walking into that school without a mask. It's selfish behaviour that presents a grave risk to other people's health.
It should be as socially unacceptable as spreading the virus.
This is what Gove abolished. To do so he had to enlist the help of the media to rubbish teachersโ professionalism. Theyโre still at it day after day wittering on about โgrade inflationโ. Same old same old.
