@All hi booked with accor direct an advanced saver rate in June for a stay in sep. Same room is now cheaper by nearly £20 on booking. Com? Whats the point in direct advanced saver rates if another booking site has it cheaper? Tried emailing hotel but no reply

@LidlGB hi, just been to your Carlisle warwick rd store. Staff at checkout said the Lidl+ machine wasnt working so unable to scan our barcode. We had a coupon for bakery item to use by today and £40+ worth of points not scanned now. Have receipt and pic of card with active coupon

@easyJet you have over booked the flight I booked back in January and now moved 2 people from my party to a different flight a day later. Called and a customer service assistant admitted it was your error but refuse to rectify or pay compensation. Flight is in 2 weeks.

@easyJet 2 passengers out of party of 15 have been moved to a flight 24 hours later? Original flight was Prague to MCR 10th July. Why? How are there suddenly 2 less seats on the plane?
