@BestBuy Yes there's the return policy. But 1. Why are you selling a product you KNOW IS DEFECTIVE?! and 2. What about the almost 6 hours plus gas I've spent driving around due to your defective product?
@BestBuy -worst products and worst customer service ever! Went in to store 1 hour away. Staff recommended a computer. I purchased. Got home. Doesn't work. Contacted support. They said to exchange it. Had to drive to TWO additional stores in 2 diff cities to exchange. DOESNT WORK!
@BestBuy- called again. Was told by Geek Squad that this specific pc is a KNOWN problem & they recommend NOT BUYING IT! AFTER THEY SOLD IT TO ME! oh and all sales end today!
@AmazonHelp It's a scam to charge people for prime delivery, show an item will be delivered on x date, show it's the next stop, and then not deliver it. Customers pay for prime delivery. For convenience. To have items delivered on time when we need them. And it never happens anymore.
@AmazonHelp The delivery problems are CONSTANT in my area. Not just me. The people around me. Everyone is on Facebook looking for their Amazon package that was delivered to the wrong address.
@AmazonHelp Also, 95% of my packages are delivered to the wrong address. And when I call Amazon I'm told that i have to go look for it and wait x amount of days before anything can be done. If drivers would simply look at numbers and street names then we wouldn't have these problems.
@AmazonHelp SOMETimes would be acceptable. But 99% of the time is absolutely not. Only have delays when delivered by Amazon drivers. Also, they were BLOCKS from my house. An actually were here earlier to deliver someone else's package to my address! (Wrong address). So no acceptable reason.
@amazon DO BETTER !!! I pay for Amazon prime and I should get the packages delivered when they say they should be! Tracking showed we're NEXT STOP, so we took our old shower head off. Then the Amazon driver just left the county w/o delivering new one.
A storm system will track into the region tomorrow. We'll see widespread rain tonight into tomorrow morning, but the main story with this system will be the winds. Gusts as high as 50-60 mph will be possible, and waves could build up to 12 feet on Lake Michigan.
On Michiganders who are ignoring social distancing practices:
"That's absolutely unacceptable. It's so incredibly important that people stay home," Dr. Joneigh Khaldun says. "Take it seriously, stay home and stay safe."
@Emily_Schuitema I'd like to know what the wind gusts were in Hastings! I have huge trees with large pieces snapped off! And what looks like a tree down against my house.
