@LewisHamilton - a small request for a wonderful friend (who is also one of our amazing NHS nurses). I’m so hoping you might be able to help fulfil a last wish for her dear Dad.. @piersmorgan @GMB PLEASE, please can you work some of your magic! 🙏

[Emily Armstrong @Emzj30]

@Virgin_TrainsEC we travelled from liverpool to London on the 8:47pm train.

[Emily Armstrong @Emzj30]

@Virgin_TrainsEC unfortunately we didn't get to speak to anyone, it was a busy train and we didn't see any staff pass through our carriage.

@crosscountryuk - fantastic if it were at all possible to get to coach F.. What happens in these circumstances if you need food or fluid??

[Emily Armstrong @Emzj30]

@crosscountryuk - so we finally hear an announcement and we are told that there is alcohol, food and hot beverages being sold in coach F...

[Emily Armstrong @Emzj30]

@crosscountryuk - the announcements are inaudible too!

[Emily Armstrong @Emzj30]

@crosscountryuk - you say 'tickets sell out fast' but you have continued to sell tickets and charge full price for a seat on the floor

[Emily Armstrong @Emzj30]

@crosscountryuk - where is your festive spirit??!!

[Emily Armstrong @Emzj30]

@crosscountryuk Surely there are health and safety issues needing to be addressed especially as there are available seats...

[Emily Armstrong @Emzj30]

@crosscountryuk - There are 3 of us and we all have open returns, no reservation.

[Emily Armstrong @Emzj30]

@crosscountryuk - paid £65 to sit on the floor of a crowded train by the toilet when there are empty seats in 1st class #APALLINGservice!

[Emily Armstrong @Emzj30]

@blakma @Ryans120 hello! :)

[Emily Armstrong @Emzj30]

@Ryans120 - Hey Bobby! My apologies, I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing on this. Twitter madness! xx
