Some people still continue to be annoyed by Tibor Nagy's (et al) intermittent and rabid outbursts against Eritrea; and especially against PIA.
My rule of thumb: ignore the invectives of these hired lobbyists/intellectual mercenaries. That is precisely their job/bio data.
In any case, this is (link below) their political obituary posted a couple of years ago.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Eritrea, Mr. Osman Saleh, today received His Excellency Ambassador Mushal bin Hamdan Al-Ruqai of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at his office in Asmara.
The courtesy call reflects the ongoing diplomatic engagement between Asmara and Riyadh.
Welcomed Mr. Guang Cong, Special Envoy of the @UN Secretary-General for the #HornOfAfrica, to the Permanent Mission of #Eritrea for an exchange of views on developments in the region.
Discussed situation in #Sudan, #SouthSudan, and #Somalia, highlighting how external interventions are aggravating conflicts, deepening divisions, and undermining prospects for peace. Emphasized respect for national sovereignty, nationally owned political processes, and constructive international engagement.
On #Eritrea–#Ethiopia relations, made it abundantly clear that any prospect of engagement with #Ethiopia's leadership on any level, requires a prior, public, unequivocal, and unconditional renunciation of coercion, threats, and the use of force, alongside unambiguous recognition of Eritrea's independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity. These are fundamental principles. Neither the @UN nor the @African_Union should normalize threats, entertain territorial claims, or reward coercive rhetoric. Dialogue must not legitimize the PP's conduct or create false equivalence.
Also cautioned against the inadvertent instrumentalization of international representatives to advance #Ethiopia's political narratives, manufacture external endorsements, or portray diplomatic engagements as tacit approval of its conduct. The PP's ongoing photo-op diplomacy must not camouflage realities on the ground or obscure the consequences of impunity. Carefully staged diplomatic encounters and high-profile international appearances are not endorsements of government policies, conduct, or regional ambitions, nor should they shield the #Ethiopian leadership from scrutiny and accountability.
The international community must look beyond diplomatic optics and confront the deteriorating situation within #Ethiopia, where the PP government continues to employ deadly force against its own population. Civilians have been killed, livelihoods and infrastructure destroyed, and communities subjected to violence and displacement across #Afar, #Amhara, #Benishangul-Gumuz, #Somali, Tigray, and Oromia regions . Civilian protection and accountability demand urgent international attention.
Stressed that regional peace cannot be built by externalizing #Ethiopia's internal crises or pressuring Eritrea. Meaningful engagement requires trust, mutual respect, sovereign equality, and good faith, conditions that do not currently exist. The immediate priority must be to address the PP's threats and conduct that have undermined regional peace.
#Eritrea will neither be drawn into #Ethiopia's internal political and security crises nor allow itself to become a convenient distraction from the challenges confronting the Ethiopian leadership. Those challenges must be addressed within Ethiopia, not externalized onto its neighbours.
President Isaias Afwerki met, at the Denden Guest House in the early evening hours today, Mr. Hu Changchun, China's Special Envoy for Horn of Africa Affairs.
The extensive talks centered on bilateral ties and current developments in the region.
Mr. Hu Changchun reiterated the PRC's position on the imperative of respecting Eritrea's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
Yes the government in #Ethiopia did spend billions of dollars on armaments. Yes it just slashed 8 billion dollars on new armaments from #Russia. But, PP is dropping those bombs on #Tigray, #Amhara & #Oromia. That’s excluding #Sudan. 8 years in power. Close to 1 million people vanished in Tigray & Amhara combined. Just today, PP drones just killed close to 23 innocent civilians in Tigray. There is nothing positive with PP, except war, destruction, instability etc

Port of #Assab & #Massawa renovations & development deal signed between #Eritrea & #Russia.
PP parrots talk military armaments deal with world powers, while Eritrea works on tangible cooperation deals. Port development
@mfa_russia@MFA_China@MFAEgOfficial
The darling of PP elites & close circle to the prime minister @Jawar_Mohammed is filled with panic or worry. True to their mischievous sense of political calculation, pushing their close door conflicts all the way to the North is in his mind, I mean, he stated it in this interview. Well well well
Our message to this guileless activist living in #Kenya funded through #UAE banks is simple: do not rush for a war you cannot finish…
😂😂😂ON THE LIGHTER SIDE😂😂😂
Another bizarre episode in Potemkin Party's la-la land!
And one typo error... The phrase : "intellectually prepared" (as one of the four requirements of leadership) should instead read... "excel in plagiarism"!

#Eritrea’s Coveted Geopolitical Location and Irreplaceable Strategic Role in the Red Sea and the Horn of Africa
Research and Documentation Division
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
29 October 2026
*"...Eritrea’s geopolitical significance and strategic role is deeply rooted in its geography, history, and the resilience of its people and statehood. From the earliest human migrations and the development of ancient civilizations to the emergence of the modern international system, the territory of present-day Eritrea has occupied an important position at the crossroads of Africa, the Middle East, and the wider world. Its strategic importance, already considerable in antiquity (part of this history is covered in the book ‘Periplus of the Erythraean Sea’), has assumed even greater significance in the modern era...".
*"...For countries such as Eritrea, the central challenge is to safeguard sovereignty and national security while navigating an increasingly contested geopolitical environment. The ability to withstand external pressure and maintain an independent foreign policy is consequently a significant dimension of the country’s regional position".
*"...Against this background, Eritrea’s self-reliant stance; independent foreign policy; resistance to alien/colonial occupation, sanctions and external pressures are important elements in understanding its contemporary geopolitical posture. The country’s political trajectory has been shaped by a determination to defend its sovereignty and preserve its independence under difficult regional and international circumstances".
*"...Eritrea’s contribution to regional stability must therefore be assessed in terms of both its strategic position and its conduct. Its constructive engagement with neighboring countries, solidarity with countries and peoples facing complex nation building challenges, support for peaceful settlement of disputes, respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity, and opposition to destabilizing external interference all contribute to a more secure regional environment".

Sputnik Africa Interview with President Isaias Afwerki
"Respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity are foundational pillars of international law and the global order (past or future)... these are the basis of bilateral and multilateral ties... Partnership cannot conceivably be nurtured when these fundamentals are violated and infringed upon. SOVEREIGNITY IS THE NAME OF THE GAME!"
The ritual is predictable and repugnant as ever!
Potemkin Party's broken gramophone has to emit- almost every other day - the same stale chorus.
Its senior political and military leaders have apparently been instructed to renew their loyalty pledges to the delusional project in some pre-arranged shift system - "ጸማም ሓደ ደርፉ!" እዩ እቲ ነገሩ።
For the umpteenth time, let us underline that the countries and peoples of the Horn do not deserve another cycle of war and turmoil that stem from, and are stoked by, the Potemkin Party's pipedreams of "grandeur" through brazen violation of the inviolable sovereignty and territorial integrity of its neighbors.

The Iron Will of Eritrea is Unyielding Spirit. #Eritrea defines practical Pan-Africanism through unyielding self-reliance. Rejecting external pressure and dependency, Eritrea prioritizes sovereignty as the bedrock of genuine independence.
