@ragnarxiv@KeijiKG@Goosaphone Crucial word here being โsurfaceโ air consumption. If you go down to 10meters/33feet your air consumption will be doubled meaning i would only have 4 minutes of air before im completely out of air.
@ragnarxiv@KeijiKG@Goosaphone Those 2 tanks look like soda bottle (300ml) sized for a combined volume of 600ml. A regular scuba tank will hold a pressure of 200 bar so 200x600ml = 120 Liters of air. Im a conservative diver in terms of surface air consumption at 15Liters/min. So 120/15= about 8 minutes of air.
@ShutupToshi9227@CalmUxie Historically speaking (VGC15 & 18) the Ttar or rotom sets really arent that weird. And while excadrill mightve been the more standard pick, access to wide guard and people not really building or prepping for good TR teams means steelix could have a valid reason to be on the team.
@khnhNgu42983684@CalmUxie Tyranitar, sinistcha and talonflame also cover eachothers weaknesses very well (does suck not to have safety goggles for talonflame). Like the only thing that got me to raise an eyebrow was the talonflame set where id probably be a bit more supportive whit tailwind.
@CalmUxie โStraight bullshitโ
Sand balance is the best team you could currently have into the zardY teams. Like all it took was for someone to figure out how to make it better align against other meta picks. the only weird thing is the steelix which actually makes quite a bit of sense.
Finished 28th in the Utrecht regional this weekend in my first day2 appearance!
Having never played CSR zamazenta i had zero experience with the archetype and zero games with the actual team until the regional itself. Needless to say im very happy with the result ๐
@PyreonPT Teams look solid although, for the rain team, im personally not a fan of mega dragonite. Probably swap in something like aerodactyl or farigiraf to improve the sun and sneasler matchup.
@PyreonPT Rain. Its such a nice answer to OHKO steel types, tyranitar, rotom wash and milotic. Solar beam and weather ball are must haves, dazzling gleam can be swapped around for things like earth power.
@AccurateMimin@AndyBakesYT Honestly? Yes i have.
In my opinion it would just be a worse version of Torkoal where Drampa doesnt get any fancy toys it can play with in the rain with TR up.
Im not saying drizzle Drampa cant be fun but in no way would rain or Drampa be any better off by giving it drizzle.
@AndyBakesYT@AccurateMimin Normal dragon doesnt benefit from rain.
Hydro pump and hurricane (both non stab) are his only moves boosted by rain.
Theres no swift swim after you mon to help with that speed stat.
Its only real option wouldve been rain balance and politoed outclasses it easiliy.
@AlpenseeVG Archaludon @ modest 27/0/6/5/15/13
HP - optimized for leftovers recovery
Def - lives jolly sneasler close combat
SpAtk - first EV bump (+1 draco meteor is a good OHKO roll on most archaludons)
SpDef - lives modest mega dragonite draco meteor
Spe - outspeed modest pelipper
It's Share-a-Spread ... Tuesday?!๐๐
Summer is not here yet but the sun is already shining brightly! โ๏ธ

This Mega Charizard Y sets up harsh sunlight to deal massive damage and tank supposed hard-counters.
@JacobSkraw Its even more fun when you consider the 2 players in question are both dutch and the pokemon center doesnt ship to the netherlands or most of europe.
