A truck from DOT 4316621 rolling down the road dumping fuel from the driver-side tank with what appears to be duct tape over a hole in the metal tank.
The carrier’s numbers fit the picture: 66.7% vehicle OOS 47.1% driver OOS 46 violations 34 inspections.
At some point the roadside condition tells you the culture.
The Double Brokering Scam just reached a new level. Hackers are breaking into trucking company emails, bidding on loads, and then hiring the victimized company to pick up the freight to avoid suspicion at the dock. Hear the full story on Fraud Watch.

Which are you most excited for?
This is a very different freight market, unlike any that we have ever tracked.
The center of the country, led by industrials, are the drivers are freight - not imports for retailers.
American industrials are ramping, driven by a mix of AI-data center related buildout, defense production, and low-cost & abundant American natural gas.
I am building the largest indoor miniature transportation museum in the world outside of Chattanooga right off I-75 (former Cabela’s).
We will feature the world of transportation - people & things + how they move. We are using miniature models of cities (past, present, and future) featuring all modes of traffic.
In addition to using G scale trains and equipment, we are going to build out one of the most tech forward immersive experiences. We are going to have one of the most advanced animation projection system of any museum in the world.
We just closed our financing and in a few weeks we will begin our build out.
We expect it to take 9-12 months to complete the project. More to come!

What’s the biggest fine you had to pay?
Vermont is apparently done messing around with truckers driving down this road. A bill passed by the state Senate would fine truckers $10,000 for driving onto the road and $20,000 if they get stuck.

How do you keep operating when you have 12 inspections that resulted in 12 OOS orders.
Almost every inspection has "Operating without a CDL"- this is not a box truck. Full on Semi truck+trailer. Strange.

This is a carrier's market.
There are zero signs that things are cooling, in fact, in recent days the market has firmed significantly.
Many traffic managers at shippers have not seen a carrier's market and are unprepared. If they have refused rate concessions, they will find themselves without trucks this spring.
For weeks, tighter freight conditions were blamed on winter weather.
Now rejection rates are still elevated, and Craig Fuller says the weather narrative doesn't hold up anymore.
"There is no disagreement that this is a very different market today."
