Dear @emirates@EmiratesSupport it has been more than 60 days since I submitted my complaint, yet I have not received any response🙈 your service has been already poor. When will you at least respond to complaints? #embarrassing
@eon_next almost a month since this tweet and you reached out telling me it will get sorted. I haven’t heard anything from you 🙈this is a shambles service at best
@EndScandal @eon_next I feel you, I’m in the same boat, not only am I not getting answers but they have effectively wiped out all the credit on my account and charged me more. I can not wait for this complaint to hit the 8 week mark so I can complain to the ombudsman!
@eon_next More than 30 emails exchanged with customer services regarding my complaint. No answer so far to my questions and no resolution of my complaint . This is shambles @eon_next
