If anyone wants a new iron don’t buy it from @currys . My friend ordered and paid for one 6 weeks ago. They sent her a smashed one, dragged their feet about getting it collected and now 6 weeks later still haven’t sent the replacement, and they won’t let her cancel for a refund

@EndScandal @eon_next I feel you, I’m in the same boat, not only am I not getting answers but they have effectively wiped out all the credit on my account and charged me more. I can not wait for this complaint to hit the 8 week mark so I can complain to the ombudsman!
