Obviously, I denied the attempt, but then went to my https://t.co/b8TQzNqnG4 page, and saw this:
Zero logs, despite a fresh login just now
@MicrosoftHelps I opened a support case, used my mobile app to view the log, saw the Mobile App Auth pop into the log, but not my desktop browser, OR the VM I spun up in a cloud with a fresh login session. Concerned you may have a log gap, also concerning I can't see MFA Attempts.
@GreatWolfLodge Should be an interesting promo with Tony and AJ, just a shame at how disruptive it was for guests. Your staff made a valiant effort to mitigate the disruption and at least kept it magical for the kids at the end of the night

We've decided to go with @TechmodeGO for any of the RC clients that want to change service, I suggest everyone start researching better UCaaS vendors. This is not our first dumpster fire w/ RC. Congratulations @RingCentral on making the #Blacklist

Second call was just dropped, much like our desire to sell RC again.
Our philosophy has always been that issues happen, it's about how a vendor responds to that issue that determines how good a company is. You absolutely cannot have zero contact methods during an outage.
