Because they created 150 new, midwifery-led units between 1995 and 2015 with no midwives to staff them. The midwives had to come from the 150 existing, fully equipped, consultant units. Short staffing everywhere and chaos !!

They pass to the uterus through big uterosacral ligaments. No gynaes look at these as thick, thin, scarred, absent. Just endo/no endo - WRONG ! (2)

Prolonged, “NBI” labours lead to increased friability and swelling of “lost” pelvic autonomic nerves. Injuries to these nerves cause most gynae syndromes (record WL) and anal sphincter injuries.

Figures (on next post) show relevant pathology - gross !

2) Close many aMLUs to improve staffing in units that can do CS
