Ito ang dahilan kung bakit sabi ng ekonomistang si Men Sta Ana na "Maharlika 2.0" ang DOF circular na pilit kinukuha ang surpluses ng GOCCs.

Ito'y pinayagan din kasi ng mga kongresista sa 2024 budget law. In fact, mga kongresista talaga ang mastermind sa pakanang ito. 🤬

In fact, dapat ang gawin ng PhilHealth (kung may sobra pala silang pera) ay bawasan ang mga kontribusyon o taasan ang mga benepisyo para sa mga miyembro nito.

Meanwhile, PhilHealth may remit even more funds. The Department of Finance already ordered them to remit P89 BILLION, because they have excess funds daw.

BUT based on the Universal Health Care Act Law and the Sin Tax Law of 2020, BAWAL basta-basta kunin ang pera ang PhilHealth!
