A decade after Revenge Of The Sith came out people were starting to warm up to the prequels, be it from memes or realizing there was vision even if flawed.
You don't see that for the Disney slop movies. The Last Jedi spits in the face of Star Wars and did immeasurable damage to the brand.
It’s the same case with the Pierce Brosnan-era James Bond movies. More than two decades after Die Another Day came out, people started to warm up to the Brosnan era from memes or realizing there was vision even if it was flawed, and it continued Bond’s story and world building. The Brosnan Bond movies and the Star Wars prequels are birds of a feather in that sense.
You’re not seeing that for the Daniel Craig-era. The Craig era spat in the face of what James Bond is meant to be and did massive damage to the franchise. It was all designed by committee based off the media’s criticism of the Brosnan era and it sucked.
🇮🇷 The story of Pezeshkian resigning has been floating around Iranian political circles for months. Why?
Iran doesn't have a government. It has competing islands of power.
The IRGC, the Supreme Leader's office, hardline parliament factions, reformist media... each running its own agenda. The president sits in the middle with a title and very little else.
Resignation rumors aren't news, they're tools.
Factions float them to pressure rivals, extract concessions, or reshuffle personnel. The government denies them. And the cycle repeats.
What makes today's version different is the timing.
Washington is negotiating with an archipelago of hostile power centers that can't agree among themselves.
No wonder the deal keeps not getting done.

Iran’s president has reportedly asked to resign, citing a loss of authority inside the country’s ruling system.
According to reports, Masoud Pezeshkian told the Supreme Leader’s office that he and his government have been excluded from major decision-making, leaving him unable to fulfill his responsibilities.
The reported resignation comes amid growing signs of internal power struggles within the regime and as the U.S. continues negotiations with Tehran.
President Trump has repeatedly pointed to divisions inside Iran’s leadership, previously saying the regime is “seriously fractured.”

NEW: Ukraine jokingly suggested naming part of the Donbas “Donnyland” (after Trump) during peace talks.
The goal: Appeal to Trump’s ego and get stronger U.S. support against Russia.
