In the second term they are ruling with 10% of the votes. I.e. they can see that people are not happy with them Vs thinking they are smashing it. It may envoke change

@aDissentient Neither nukes nor wind are our marginal plant....what has marginal pricing got to do with comparing the costs of different generation technologies? If we can find a cheaper alt. to gas and make it our marginal tech then surely it's right to compare how much diff things cost?

@LeftTailFail @aDissentient I think it's implicit i.e. 'downward' actions won't have changed as much in terms of £/MW accepted (which isn't strictly true as its prop. to marginal cost of gas plant), so that becomes a constant and all you are correcting for is the upward trend in gas px's reflected in upreg
