Not the norm today, but it will be by next bull run.

I imagine gas guzzlers apps will flourish now on, look at kyber which was fucked on L1, more dapps will come for sure and eth needs to optimize decentralization

Now on ramps on L2 needs to get better and once the L2 concept normalizes i don't see why user base won't explode, the total tx will eventually get high that security bugged will b there.
