If you can pay Kes 100K/month for 20 yrs, DON'T buy the house. Rent at 50K/month, invest 50K at a modest 12% p.a. In 20 yrs, you’ll buy 2 houses in cash. Mortgages aren’t always the smart play. Even if the house value rises, it won't match your investment growth.
