@a_greenberg Did this story appear in any print version of the magazine, or was it online only? I've read the online version - excellent. Looking for a hardcopy if available.
@Ben_Dowsett@tsarrast@Ben_Dowsett did this piece appear in the print edition of Wired, or was it online only? I've read the online article - excellent btw. Looking for a print version if available.
@bainology Ran track for you in '88 at FHS. Remember going to the Gainesville Relays and Danny Stone opened a Coke machine at a closed Jiffy Lube and we all stole $80 in quarters that you collected in a hat later? Good times. The Jamaican team dropped the baton and still beat us!
@eBay I reported a product that violates a copyright I hold (counterfeit instructional DVDs). You "investigated" and basically said, "Nah - it doesn't." No method to appeal or revisit provided. Thanks for nothing and for allowing counterfeit items to remain on your site.
@PaulOrndorffWWE Travis, I don't think we ever met, but ~ 40 years ago your family lived in Walker Springs Apartments in Knoxville, TN. I was one of your brother's best friends back then. Haven't spoken to him since about 3rd grade, but thought of him recently. Give him my best. Jason England
@Meta@facebook Reported scam ads to FB regarding fake Sam Ash Music "going out of business" ads. Clicking takes you to a site pretending to be Sam Ash selling guitars etc for ridiculous low prices. PayPay only...of course. Your response? Doesn't violate your advertising rules.
@rosaticorp If a scam is properly presented, anyone can fall for it. Sounds like these guys did their homework and presented a very compelling story right up until the end. I wouldn't feel bad about thinking it was real at all. Because it presented as real until it didn't. Well done.
@dorieb57@CollinRugg@libertysafeinc@hodgetwins Liberty doesn't make the locks - they make big steel boxes. Combo reset codes are built into (some) locks by the lock makers (like S&G for instance). Watch how quickly the ability to remove these manufacturer's reset codes gets publicized by all makers from today forward.
@Straysmovie My golden retriever Cooper has loved watching tv his whole life. Today, thanks to the generosity of a friend, he was allowed a private screening of "Strays."
He absolutely loved it and said it was way better than that boring "Oppenheimer."
