@Samleboo722 @amerix Too much of something is poisonous. Moderate alcohol, sugar and sodium intake. Hypertension cases must reduce sodium intake and avoid sugary drinks which have more sodium as preservatives.

@amerix Salt isn't a problem for healthy people who do some exercises while hypertension or metabolic syndrome cases need to reduce sodium intake. Lower sodium intake improves the ionic balance and reduces the kidneys burden . Sugar is a poison
