CBN is selling dollars to BDC and ordering them to resell at a particular rate, arresting those that sell higher.
This means that dollar is not floated any longer. They're simply fixing the rate of dollars for BDC guys. That's very bad for a free market & free economy. I don't see them winning a court case on any grounds. Allow the exchange rate to be determined by the true market rate of the economy.
