You might not have all the answers before taking a leadership role but you must understand that most leaders don't.
They just learn to build confidience and don't stop learning, building, making impact and showing up

You may never know how important some discussions are, or even how knowledgeable some is, unless you get into a good discussion.
Don't joke with intelligent and mind shifting conversations
@MsLorenK You are right on this, trust can be built based on good communication. That is why for anyone who will sell valuable and good things, such person must have good communication skills
Some of my biggest growth as a developer didn't happen behind my laptop.
It happened in conversations, at tech events, with mentors, with other devs.
One good conversation can save you weeks of struggling alone.
Build in public.
Talk to people. π€

That bug that kept you stuck for 3 hours?
It wasn't wasting your time. It was training you.
Every bug forces you to think differently, read docs more carefully, and debug like a pro.
Bugs aren't failure.
They're feedback.

Growth isn't always about finding people who push you.
Sometimes it's about learning from environments that show you exactly what you don't want to become.

True success in technology is measured by its impact, not just adoption.
Anyone can build an app, but real challenge is building something that solves a real problem.
Don't just chase attention, chase impact.
What's one piece of tech that has genuinely made your life easier?
July is here π

@bradshannon I'm working on an event Management System for organizations who host events and want to mange attendees record registration digitally.
Integrating a chatting system also, for hosts who would want to receive a dm from attendee to mange all event activities on one platform .
@MartinTale Even despite the doubt you kept showing up, even though 7 of the projects failed you still celebrated that one with potential and that's where most people give up.
More wins for you and keep moving regardless β‘
