Do not be afraid of criticism whether constructive or distructive criticism because they are inevitable on your way to success.
Criticism plays 3 vital roles in our daily lives;
1. It serves as a catalyst for self awareness.
2. It helps to refine our skills and knowledge for better performance.
3. It helps us to build resilience and humility against challenges.
The best way to grow in your career or leadership position is through honest evaluations and feedbacks because nobody is an island.
Whether you are a leader or follower in government, organization or family, learn how to manage criticism and don't see it as an attack rather see it as a way to succeed and be a better version of yourself.
He who is afraid of criticism is not ready to grow.

The last time I checked, Nigeria has spent over $18bn in the last 2 decades just to rehabilitate these three refineries without any good results.
Yes, we need functional state refineries but we cannot succeed by blindly allocating resources to a project without demanding accountability.
The federal government should first demand accountability on the $18bn spent on these refineries before considering further resources allocation.
We cannot get a different result by doing the same thing.
Accountability is key.
Thank you.
Dear Reno,
Thank you for your response to Mr Joshua,
In your response, you claimed that this administration has a national ambition to be a $2 trillion economy by 2031 while global statistics release a figure which indicates that Nigeria is a $2.39 trillion economy at 2026.
How do you explain these discrepancies and which one should Nigerians believe?
Refer to the attachment from global statistics below;
Thank you!!
I think the Media and other government watchdogs should take part of the blame for all these looting and gross failure of this administration because they are not living up to expectations in their duties as the watchdog of government and its entities.
If our media in collaboration with other government watchdogs are Independent and Aggressive in action, this government and it's officials will not have the guts to loot public funds without conscience.
In Nigeria today, the only people criticizing this government are those in opposition parties and a few other well meaning Nigerians.
Every other entity is either working for the government or afraid to speak up.
The next general election is around the corners, the Media, NOA and every other government watchdog should wake up to protect and defend the future of our country.
Nigeria belongs to all of us and if we choose to fold our arms and allow this administration to loot both our present and future generations, then we shall all suffer it.
Thank you!!

Dear Oseni Rufai,
I visited Lagos Island in April and saw the level of land reclamation going on there.
I told my colleagues the dangers of such practices and that If the government and individuals Involved in such practices should continue land reclamation at this rate, time shall come when most parts of Lagos Island will be flooded and become uninhabitable.
We haven't seen anything yet if nothing is done about it.
@TrendingEx@CitizenMonitors When you take a deep reflection at what happened before, during and after the 2023 general election you will understand that what this Administration cannot do does not exist. The game will be over very soon it's a matter of time.
Dear Peter Obi,
Thank you for making Nigerians proud and hopeful of having a leader who can stand before other African leaders to proffer solutions to African sustainable developmental challenges that will place African at the forefront of other continents.
Keep the flag flying and Never give you on your vision of having a New Nigeria.
Together Nigeria shall stand tall and be counted among the global supper powers.
Thank you!!
