@stevehill1mil Truthfully I kinda expected this and sold out near end of last month. A lot of the individual stocks in this/space related stocks are selling, as people buy Space-X. ETFs need to rebalance now and add in Space-x back in. Long term bullish, buying the dip and now back in.
@2147mill Lets be honest, everyone is talking about being too diversified these days, but not about being over concentrated. I would personally think about consolidation of the income side of things in your portfolio, perhaps just JEQP (and maybe GLDE/SLVI). Cut the rest.
@2147mill Can't wait until we come under 60k. I think 45-48k could be hit on a massive wick before any bull run... Extremely close to Saylors liquidation price, however just enough that he wouldn't actually get liquidated
@stevehill1mil Completely up to you. Remember only a few who risk big in their 20s with no balance or moderation are retired by 30, everyone wants to be the few.
Most are still broke at 30. I've had people say my approach is too high risk and some say far too low risk. It's all individual
Used to have come crypto and block chain innovators in here... Felt it was redundant so removed. Risk of other themes dominating/causing redundancy, and shown to be correct currently
@stevehill1mil Automation and robotics. We don't know how AI and Quantum will develop this industry and either way AI + Quantum (along with Semis) will be what will make it successful. What will power the world and all of this? Renewables (NVDA CEO...)and Nuclear. The journey is just starting.
@stevehill1mil Honestly I disagree with nearly all the advice in that thread. My view is similar to your core view, I too believe those industries will do well. NUCG has moved nicely this week, and could be fantastic in future years while still relatively cheap at the moment.
@DividendDrip Absolutely not. Everyone's journey is different. While seeing some only picking individual stocks and doing well(and then blowing up on fin X), that's not the story for most. Look at Virgin Galactic for what can happen... Balanced and measured risk is key long-term π
@finsightt Global funds + themes that will make the future. No need to pick individual stocks, just pick the themes that shape the future. Quantum computing, Semiconductors ect, no need to pick the individual stocks. Just pick the areas you have conviction in, find an ETF
@DividendDrip This is why I personally don't like picking individual stocks. I prefer investing into specific sectors/themes that I have high conviction in. Very difficult to have a high conviction in a single company unless there is something really special about them like maybe Nvidia
